Returns & Refunds Policy
Returns:

Order Cancellation:
- To cancel an order, reply to the Order Confirmation email you received after placing your order. If the order has not been dispatched, it will be canceled and refunded immediately.
- If the order has been dispatched, reject the parcel upon delivery. The refund will be processed once we receive the rejected parcel, excluding shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of our food products, they are non-returnable once delivered.
- For other items, you may return them within 3 days of receipt. We can only offer refunds or exchanges if 3 days have not elapsed since your purchase.

Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

- Intimate or sanitary goods

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software

Return Requirements:
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items:
- Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Gifts:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
- If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
