Cancellation and Return Policy

Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns:

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • To cancel an order, reply to the Order Confirmation email you received after placing your order. If the order has not been dispatched, it will be canceled and refunded immediately.
    • If the order has been dispatched, reject the parcel upon delivery. The refund will be processed once we receive the rejected parcel, excluding shipping charges.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Due to the nature of our food products, they are non-returnable once delivered.
    • For other items, you may return them within 3 days of receipt. We can only offer refunds or exchanges if 3 days have not elapsed since your purchase.
  3. Return Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  4. Exemptions:

    • The following items are non-returnable:
      • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
      • Intimate or sanitary goods
      • Hazardous materials
      • Flammable liquids or gases
      • Gift cards
      • Downloadable software
      • Some health and personal care items
  5. Return Requirements:

    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
    • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  6. Partial Refunds:

    • Partial refunds may be granted for:
      • Books with obvious signs of use
      • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
      • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
      • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:

  1. Processing:

    • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
    • If you still do not receive your refund after checking with your bank and credit card company, please contact us at maharshimehitraders6@gmail.com.
  3. Sale Items:

    • Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at maharshimehitraders6@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • For items over Rs. 1000/-, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
